This guidance helps to consider how ADMS outputs are presented in Air Quality Impacts Assessments that are submitted in support of planning applications for developments that will affect vehicle movements, and provide advice on how model results should be interpreted. The guidance includes the analysis of an example AQIA.
This enables air quality professionals to better understand the modelling of roads emissions, how these are presented in studies submitted in support of planning applications, and things to look out for when reviewing them.
